About SwasthyaGrid

SwasthyaGrid is a healthcare quality and compliance platform built specifically for India's public health system.

What we are building

India's public health facilities are assessed against 13 national quality frameworks — NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, Kayakalp, and others — developed by the National Health Systems Resource Centre. Together these frameworks contain approximately 19,000 checkpoints.

Today, every one of those checkpoints exists only in English. The workforce responsible for applying them — nurses, facility managers, district quality officers — works primarily in Hindi and regional languages. The gap between the standard and the person applying it is a language gap.

SwasthyaGrid closes that gap. We have digitized all 13 frameworks across all ~19,000 checkpoints and made them available in Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Odia, with more languages in progress. We are the first platform to do this.

How we work

Built for the public system

Every design decision is made for the context of government health facilities — variable connectivity, mixed device types, multilingual teams.

Accuracy over speed

We do not approximate standards. Every checkpoint, every evidence requirement, every scoring rule is taken directly from the official NHSRC source documents.

Plain facts, no claims

We describe what the platform does. We do not make claims about outcomes we have not yet measured.
