The platform

SwasthyaGrid digitizes India's national health quality frameworks and puts them in the hands of the people who apply them.

The assessment cycle

A quality assessment in SwasthyaGrid follows five steps. Each step is designed to match how assessments actually happen in public health facilities.

01

Select framework and facility

The assessor selects the applicable NHSRC framework — NQAS, LaQshya, MusQan, Kayakalp, or any other — and the facility being assessed. All frameworks are available in one place.

02

Work through checkpoints in your language

Each checkpoint is presented in the assessor's chosen language. Instructions, evidence requirements, and scoring criteria are all translated. Nothing is left in English unless the assessor prefers it.

03

Record evidence and observations

The assessor records compliance status, attaches evidence, and adds observations against each checkpoint. The platform validates completeness before allowing submission.

04

Review and submit

A summary view shows the full assessment before submission. Scores are calculated automatically against the framework's official scoring rules.

05

Dashboard updates in real time

Once submitted, the assessment is immediately visible on the dashboards of facility, district, and state officers. No manual data entry, no reporting delay.

Platform capabilities

Offline capability

Assessments can be conducted without an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when connectivity is restored. Designed for facilities where connectivity is intermittent.

Audit trail

Every action in the platform is logged with a timestamp and user identity. The audit trail is immutable and available for review at any time.

Role-based access

Facility staff, district quality officers, and state programme managers each see the data relevant to their role. Access is controlled at the facility, district, and state level.

Daily operations support

Beyond formal assessments, the platform supports routine quality monitoring — daily checklists, corrective action tracking, and compliance trend reporting.

All 13 NHSRC frameworks

Every national quality programme is available on the platform. Assessors do not switch between systems.
